October 2nd...Speaking The Truth In Love

Brothers and Sisters,

I look forward to our gathering tomorrow and coming together to edify, exhort and minister to one another all while glorifying God together.

Question: Are we speaking the truth in love?

In Zachariah, God told the house of Israel and the house of Judah to “speak the truth.”

Jesus our Lord said “I speak the truth.”

And of course Paul told the Ephesians to “speak the truth in love” and that was for a purpose, the purpose of “growing up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ.” Paul went on to say, “Therefore, laying aside falsehood, SPEAK TRUTH EACH ONE of you WITH HIS NEIGHBOR, for we are members of one another.”

Starting tomorrow, we will be going through the DVD series “War of Words” with Paul Tripp during our teaching time. Paul Tripp is one of the best teachers when it comes to dealing with heart issues. Down below is further info on it.

Also, please remember to bring some food to share, prayers to share, praises to share and if any brother has teaching, please bring that. I have something planned on the Trinity.

Lastly, I want to give a praise and ask for your prayers of discernment and provision for our family. I will elaborate more tomorrow, but to give you some background: Today I was broadsided on Rte. 29 in Ruckersville. I was not at fault and praise the Lord everyone is fine, but the van…the borrowed van that I was driving is not. This puts us into a predicament and need for provision. So please pray and tomorrow I will elaborate more.

See you tomorrow,

In Christ,

Chris
